Fresh out of bankruptcy in 2005, KB Toys is throwing in the towel for good. It will liquidate all 277 mall-based stores, 114 outlet stores, and its wholesale business starting immediately.

KB has been struggling with a commodity market (toys) and boutique locations (malls) for years. Sales sank precipitously starting at the beginning of October 2008.
